Vegan chocolate chip banana bread cake
After soooo many requests, here it is, the chocolate chip banana bread cake that I baked yesterday!
It's perfect for breakfast, as a snack and you can slice it and freeze it for your convenience.

Ingredients
6 small and very ripped bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour (you can also use gluten-free flour)
1 cup oats
1/2 any vegetable milk (I used hemp)
1/2 coconut sugar or other of your choice (you can also use 1/3 cup maple syrup)
1 tsp baking powder
chocolate chips (as many as you like)
Let's do this!
1. Mash the bananas with a fork a mix with milk and sugar.
2. Mix the flour, oats and baking powder and add it to the previous mix.
3. Add the chocolate chips and fold it evenly.
4. Bake in a 350º pre heated oven for 1 hour or until cooked

6 bananas pequenas bem maduras
1 chávena de farinha de trigo integral
1 chávena de aveia em flocos
1/2 chávena de leite (qualquer)
1/2 chávena de açúcar de coco ou mascavado ou 1/3 chávena de maple syrup
1 c. Chá de fermento
Pepitas de chocolate a gosto
Preparação
1. Esmagar as bananas e misturar com o leite e o açúcar.
2. Misturar a farinha, a aveia e o fermento e adicionar à mistura anterior.
3. Adicionar as pepitas de chocolate e envolver bem.
4. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° por 1h ou até ficar cozido.
