Vegan Chai Latte


Ingredients

1 chai tea bag ( I used the Bengal Spice from Celestial Seasonings)

(you can also replace the tea bag with chai spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg and ginger)

1 cup of soy milk (or other of your choice)

cinnamon to sprinkle

1 tsp coconut oil

Heat the milk in a pan and place the tea bag letting it sit for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Place the milk in a blender, add the coconut oil and blend until foamy.

Serve immediately with a dash of cinnamon!

note: If you don't have the tea bag, you can add the spices to the milk or use them on a tea ball infuser

1 saqueta de chá chai (eu usei o Bengal Spice da marca Celestial Seasonings)

(podes substituir a saqueta pelas especiarias: canela, cravinho, cardamomo, noz moscada e gengibre)

1 chávena de leite de soja biológico (ou outro da tua preferência)

1 c. chá de óleo de coco

canela para polvilhar

Aquece o leite numa panela e coloca a saqueta de chá a apurar durante 5 minutos. Retira a saqueta e coloca o leite num liquidificador, adiciona o óleo de coco e mistura até fazer espuma.

Serve de imediato com canela!

nota: se não tiveres o chá podes usar as especiarias dentro de uma bola de rede (para infusões)
